range of leveraged finance products to the lower
segment of the middle market, all delivered through a single
point of distribution. Senior secured products include cash flow
multiple, structured finance (asset-based stretch) and asset-based
loans. We also offer complementary one-stop mezzanine financing
as well as select equity co-investments and private equity fund
investments. Our senior deals from $3 million to $25 million with
a focus on transactions between $5 million and $15 million. Our
products are typically used in private equity sponsor led transactions
as well as those initiated directly by companies.
