Our founders, Joe Gaffigan and Chris Randall have used their collective experience to create a unique source of funding dedicated solely to the lower segment of the middle market.

Based in Chicago, MFC Capital Funding provides Cash-Flow, Structured Finance and Asset-Based senior secured loans to companies, throughout the United States, that typically have less than $100 million in revenue and between $3 million and $10 million in EBITDA. Credit commitments can range from $3 million to $25 million.

While primarily a senior leveraged lender, MFC will also provide complementary subordinated debt. We will also make select equity co-investments and select LBO Equity Fund Investments.
