Imperial Bag and Paper Company (“IBP” or “Company”) was founded in 1932 and is headquartered in Bayonne, NJ. The Company is a leading wholesale distributor of paper and plastic packaging, janitorial supplies, shipping supplies and other sundries to the food service industry in the tri-state area (NY, NJ & CT). IBP was acquired by Bob Tillis and management in January of 2007 with Key Principal Partners providing subordinated debt.

MFC Capital Funding underwrote and agented $23,000,000 of senior credit facilities to support this acquisition.
