Baco Exterminating Services (“Baco” or the “Company”) based in Norcoss, Georgia, was founded in 1995 and is a Georgia licensed pest control operator that provides its services to residential, commercial and industrial clients within the greater Atlanta area through its five Atlanta metropolitan area offices.  The Company is an authorized operator of the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System.

Baco was acquired by Prometheus Partners III, Northstar Capital, and management in January 2008, with Northstar Capital also providing the subordinated debt.

MFC Capital Funding provided a $4,500,000 senior credit facility to support this acquisition.
