The Company’s proprietary products are used in a variety of technical applications serving a diverse group of specialty end markets including automotive, filtration, medical and protective apparel.

Cerex was acquired by an investment group led by Jon S. Vesely and Management in March 2007.

MFC Capital Funding underwrote and agented $12,700,000 of senior credit facilities to support this acquisition.
