Craftsmen Industries, Inc. (“Craftsmen” or the “Company”), was established in 1982 and is headquartered in St. Charles, MO. The Company designs and fabricates mobile event displays serving the event and promotion industry. Additionally, the Company produces large format banners, wall murals, floor graphics, digital wallpaper, tents, 3-D displays and vehicle/trailer graphics.

Craftsmen was acquired by Cornerstone Capital Partners, Inc. and Scorpion Capital Partners, LP and other co-investors in February 2007.

MFC Capital Funding underwrote and agented $17,900,000 of senior credit facilities and provided a $100,000 equity co-investment to support this acquisition.
