Diesel Service and Supply, Inc. (“DSSI” or the “Company”), located in Brighton, CO, offers worldwide sales of new, rebuilt, and used diesel generators, electric power generator sets, automatic transfer switches, standby gensets, power units, and industrial diesel engines with a special focus on large engines and used diesel powered generators from 50 kilowatts to 3 megawatts. DSSI offers all major high performance name brand manufacturers, including: Caterpillar, Detroit, Cummins, Perkins, SDMO, John Deere, Onan, Kohler and Generac. The Company purchases, remanufactures or refurbishes, and then resells used equipment. DSSI was acquired by Parallel Investment Partners and management in July 2007.

MFC Capital Funding underwrote and agented a $22,500,000 senior credit facility to support this acquisition.
