Perrin Manufacturing Company (“Perrin” or the “Company”) was founded in 1932 and is based in City of Industry, CA. Perrin is a pioneer and leading innovator in the design and development of plastic injection molded paper towel dispensers for the “away-from-home” washroom paper industry. The Company’s founder invented and patented the first roll paper towel dispenser. In addition to its patented, mechanical no-touch roll paper towel dispensers, the Company offers other towel, tissue and soap dispensers and a line of injection molded automotive accessory promotional products (including license plate frames, frame insert cards and trailer hitch inserts). Perrin was acquired by Kinderhook Industries and management in May of 2007.
