Powerhouse, Inc. (“Powerhouse” or the “Company”) based in Broussard, LA, was founded in 2003 and is a provider of maintenance services, fabrication services, and parts supplies for the compression and rotating equipment needs of natural gas producers, gathering systems, pipelines, refineries and petrochemical operations.  Powerhouse was acquired by Hastings Equity Partners, LLC and management in September 2007.

MFC Capital Funding provided a $7,500,000 senior credit facility to support this acquisition.
