VLS Recovery Services, LLC (“VLS” or the “Company”), is headquartered in Hockley, Texas and owns and operates two industrial services businesses: specialized / technical railcar cleaning and non-hazardous waste management.

VLS was acquired by HSBC Capital, Ironwood Capital and Management in December of 2007, with Ironwood Capital also providing subordinated debt.

MFC Capital Funding provided a $12,300,000 senior credit facility to support this acquisition.
