CHICAGO - (June 27, 2005) - MFC Capital Funding announced today that Andy Pappas has joined the Company as a Director.
Andy is the seventh employee to join MFC Capital Funding since its founding on February 15, 2005.

Andy was recently a Senior Vice President/Senior Marketing Officer with Bank of America Business Capital. Andy was with Bank of America and its predecessors (Fleet Capital) for over fourteen years and has a broad level of experience with cash flow, structured finance and asset-based transactions. Andy also has prior work experience with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company. Andy graduated from NYU with an MBA from the Stern School of Business and has a BA from the Loyola University of Chicago. Andy is also a CPA.
