CHICAGO - (August 18, 2005) - MFC Capital Funding announced today that Jason D. Prather has joined the Company as an Associate. Jason is the tenth employee of MFC Capital Funding since their founding on February 15, 2005.

He previously worked as a Senior Analyst in the Middle Market Investment Banking Group at Dresner Investments. Prior to Dresner, Jason was a Middle Market Banking Officer with JP Morgan Chase. Jason earned a Bachelors of Science degree in business, Cum Laude, from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
