Equity Co-Investments
Equity co-investments made by MFC Capital Funding
will typically range from $100,000 to $250,000 with an ability
to make up to $1,000,000 individual equity co-investments.
Equity co-investments will only be provided
in transactions where MFC Capital Funding is the senior secured
lender and where: the business (1) is owned or controlled
by a funded private equity sponsor; (2) competes in a mature
and stable industry; (3) is a leader or has a niche in its
markets with a diverse customer base; and (4) has a history
or positive industry dynamics and growing cash flows, among
others.
We selectively make our equity co-investments
in conjunction with our cash-flow senior deals with our equity
co-investment treated under terms identical to the equity
sponsor.
