Monica joined MFC Capital Funding, Inc. as an Operations
Manager in April of 2005. She was recently an Collateral
Analyst with Harris Nesbitt (Harris Bank) in the Asset
Based Lending Group where she worked over nine years.
Monica also has prior work experience with Firstar Bank.

Frances
Miller joined MFC Capital Funding in March of 2006 as a Operations Analyst.
Prior to joining MFC Capital Funding, Frances was most recently with Harris
Nesbitt (Harris Bank). Before that she was with Fleet Credit Corporation. She
also has prior work experience at Mellon Bank and with the Financial Managers
Society. Frances holds an associate in applied science degree from Robert Morris
College and she is currently attending school to obtain her Bachelors of Business
Administration from Robert Morris College.

David
Torres joined MFC Capital Funding in November of 2006 as a Operations Analyst.
Prior to joining MFC Capital Funding, David was a senior construction loan administrator
with LaSalle bank and prior to that spent over six years with Chase (Bank One)
in numerous asset based finance operational roles. Before that he worked at Sanwa
Business Credit, American National Bank and First Chicago. David has also studied
at Liberty University.

Stephen
Butler joined MFC Capital Funding in March 2008 as an Operations Analyst. Stephen previously worked as a Portfolio Analyst for Merrill Lynch. He also has prior work experience at General Electric Capital Corporation as a Loan Servicer/Collateral Analyst. Stephen holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Anthropology.

Brew joined MFC Capital Funding as an Office Manager in
