Oncology Services International (“OSI” or the “Company”), headquartered in Ramsey, NJ, is the largest independent service provider in the U.S. for radiation therapy equipment (primarily linear accelerators), serving the oncology departments of hospitals and standalone clinics in 40 states and three countries. The Company is also a leading player in the refurbishment and sale of used linear accelerators to the same base of hospitals and clinics.

OSI was acquired by Founders Equity and Tremont Capital in April 2008.

MFC Capital Funding provided a $12,000,000 senior credit facility to support this acquisition.
