New Relationship

Eliason Corporation (“Eliason” or the “Company”) was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Portage, Michigan. The Company is the original and only manufacturer of Easy Swing® double action impact traffic doors. The Company also manufacturers Econo-Covers® and Econo-Strips®, both of which are energy saving products sold to food retailers for use in open front refrigerated self service display cases.

Eliason was acquired by Lakewood Capital, Milestone Partners, Midwest Mezzanine and Management in February 2008, with Midwest Mezzanine also providing the subordinated debt.

MFC Capital Funding provided a $17,800,000 senior credit facility to support this acquisition.
