National Deli, LLC (“National Deli" or the "Company”) was founded in 1982 and is based in Miami, FL. National Deli is a regional branded deli meat company focused largely on foodservice customers in the Southeastern U.S. The “Company’s” products are largely non-kosher, beef-based meats, including corned beef, roast beef and double lobe turkey. National Deli was acquired by Arbor Private Investment Company, management and other co-investors in February 2007.

MFC Capital Funding provided $16,250,000 of senior credit facilities to support this acquisition.
